Debit Direct
PostFinance customers can pay their bill automatically by Debit Direct (DD). Print and fill out the form below and send it by mail to PostFinance.
Info: Note: The banks' direct debit system (LSV+/BDD) will be discontinued at the end of September 2028. We are therefore no longer accepting new registrations. Further information can be found on the SIX website. The PostFinance direct debit system (Debit Direct) will remain in place.
Receive invoice via e-mail
If you would prefer to receive invoices conveniently by e-mail, proceed as follows:
- Log in to the Hostpoint Control Panel with your Hostpoint ID.
- Click “Admin“ in the menu and then click on “Payment methods“ on the left.
- Under “Available payment methods“ click under “E-Mail invoice“ on “Activate“.
- Enter the desired e-mail address, to which we will send you the invoices in the future.
Info: Note: Please note that you will be charged CHF 3.00 for each paper invoice.
Payment methods for customers in Germany and Austria

All customers with a billing address in Germany and Austria can pay by invoice.

Customers from countries other than Switzerland, Germany and Austria have the option of paying online by credit card.

Change payment method
You can change your active payment method at any time in the Hostpoint Control Panel under “Admin” > “Payment Methods”.
